We are looking for the next member of our team to help us generate lead opportunities and develop new business via outbound communication introducing our services.
We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills for both internal dealing with colleagues, and external talking to prospective clients.
Specific Tasks and Duties:
- Generation of new sales leads via direct customer engagement including targeted web search in scientific databases scientific publications, and e‐mail/telephone contact with researchers who are potential customers.
- Call new leads derived from lists, referrals and advertising programs.
- Follow up with leads who have been contacted in the past
- Follow up and qualify contacts from web registrations, promotions, events and other marketing and sales activities
- Conduct initial qualification of leads based on brief phone discussion
- Set appointments for BDM’s
- Use email to correspond with leads to follow up and/or to confirm appointments
- Use Highrise to capture information regarding leads as well as facilitate lead flow to BDM’s
- Any other duties as may be reasonably requested from time to time by Management
