Pure SEO would like to help budding entrepreneurs, become business owners. PureBiz\u2122 is offering our new Business Ownership Programme that gives University graduates a six-month paid entrepreneurship in digital marketing with a view to becoming a Pure SEO partner.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Whilst the number of vacancies will be hard fought for, we don\u2019t want to make things complicated and the steps from here are easy. Each application will be carefully reviewed against our selection criteria and requirements. We will notify whether your application has been successful either by phone or email.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
If your application is successful, you will move further into the selection process. Part of our evaluation will include your alignment with our values and suitability to commit to six months of serious learning.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
The final stage of our recruitment process would result in an invitation to our roadshow followed by a 2 hour session where we will make our final assessment – – – and then the exciting part of offering you a position at PureBiz\u2122 with the ultimate opportunity to have a share in New Zealand\u2019s best SEO business.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Who can apply?<\/strong><\/em> We\u2019re looking for the best of the best. Applicants will aspire to own their own business and seek a career in the digital space. You have an entrepreneurial bent, along with a desire to learn about real work and life in a genuinely diverse, rapidly growing digital business. Applicants are welcomed for up to 5 years after graduation.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Who are the judges?<\/strong><\/em> The judges are a successful team of well-known entrepreneurs and business leaders.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
What is the selection process?<\/strong><\/em> Initial selection will be determined by an online application. Here is the application page. Candidates will be thereafter invited to a road show at either Auckland, Wellington or Dunedin. The road show will include final rounds of interviews and presentations to the judges.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
How many positions are available?<\/strong><\/em> There will be up to 3 positions per intake.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
How long does the program run for?<\/strong><\/em> PureBiz\u2122 is an all areas access learning program that will run for 6 months.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
How much support is there during the program?<\/strong><\/em> You’ll be part of a successful team, backed and mentored by some of NZ\u2019s most committed entrepreneurial leaders. The program will be comprehensive, challenging and rewarding.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Will I have the opportunity to choose my own area to build my business after graduation?<\/strong><\/em> Selection of regions will be in conjunction with PureBiz\u2122, with consideration focused on partnering customers\u2019 needs and business growth opportunities, whilst constantly creating and adding value. The most likely regions for the 1st intake are from Wellington, Christchurch, Dunedin, Napier and Palmerston North.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
What qualifications do I need?<\/strong><\/em> You will need to have a minimum of graduate diploma and have graduated within the last 5 years.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
What is the pre-selection process?<\/strong><\/em> Applications will be evaluated carefully for academic profile, general aptitude, work experience, creativity and entrepreneurial spirit. Interview is by invitation only.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
How do you select candidates?<\/strong><\/em> We seek graduates who are intelligent, confident and entrepreneurial. Initial selection will be by online applications. The final round will be an interview including certain tasks and a pitch made to a panel of judges.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Is there any particular specialized field of study required as a prerequisite?<\/strong><\/em> No, but those who have graduated with business, communications, law, marketing or computing may have an advantage.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
What are the selection criteria?<\/strong><\/em> You will be a graduate and need to be available for the entire 6 months of the program. You can apply from anywhere across New Zealand, but the program will require you to be domiciled in Auckland for 6 months.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

What will I learn?<\/strong><\/em> Learning will be by way of rotation across the business and drawing on resources of the skilled Pure SEO team. You will learn digital marketing (including SEO, SEM, CRO, Content marketing, Google analytics, etc), apply learnings to real life customers, be coached through business thinking and decision making, undergo sales training and have the opportunity to work on specialist projects.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
