NZ Government Financial Support
The New Zealand government, headed by the Finance Minister Grant Robertson, has outlined a $12.9 billion package to support businesses that have been impacted by COVID-19. The package includes:
- subsidies for wages,
- leave and self-isolation support,
- business tax changes to free up tax flows,
- support for Maori communities and businesses, and more.

Facebook Grants for Small Businesses
Facebook is offering 100 million USD in cash and ad credits to 30,000 eligible businesses that are facing disruptions due to the virus. The social media platform giant will be taking applications in the coming weeks. For now, sign up to get updates on their Grants Program page.
