Duncan Steenkamp

With a background in sales and relationship management, Duncan brings four years of in-depth marketing experience to his role. He previously worked as a financial planner, where he managed client portfolios and developed a strong interest in marketing and analytics.
Duncan came to New Zealand from South Africa with his partner, and they are now happily based in the CBD. Since joining Pure SEO, Duncan has enjoyed the opportunity to combine his passion for people, marketing, and analytics. He takes pride in helping clients maximise their marketing efforts and achieve their business goals.
Outside of work, Duncan has some unique talents and interests. He can whistle like a bird or even mimic the clicking sound of a zebra. He’s also an avid runner, participating in Park Runs across New Zealand, and has a keen interest in food markets. One of his latest hobbies is searching for the best pie in New Zealand—a quest that combines his love of good food and exploring new places.
